This recruitment exercise is part of the state government’s commitment to improving the quality of education and creating employment opportunities for qualified educators across all 23 local government areas in Kaduna State.

Selection and Recruitment Process
After the application deadline, the selection process proceeds as follows:
Stage 1: Application Screening
All submitted applications are reviewed to verify that candidates meet the minimum requirements.
Stage 2: Shortlisting
Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via SMS and email for the next stage.
Stage 3: Pre-Employment Aptitude Test
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a pre-employment aptitude test. The test will assess:

Stage 4: Interview
