2. Create an account using a valid email address. Verify your email address as instructed.

3. Log in and navigate to the active recruitment exercise.

4. Complete the comprehensive application form with personal information, educational qualifications, teaching experience, NYSC details, and contact information.

5. Upload all required documents, including your CV, academic certificates, NYSC certificate, valid ID, and passport photograph.

6. After completing all sections, submit your application.

7. Print your confirmation slip after successful submission. This serves as proof of completed registration and may be required for future reference.

What Happens After Application?

Shortlisting

After the application portal closes, TESCOM and LASUBEB review all submissions for eligibility, completeness, and document validity. Candidates who pass this review are shortlisted and notified through their registered email addresses and phone numbers. Monitor your email inbox, including spam and junk folders, and check the portal regularly.

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The shortlisting stage is followed by a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which has been the standard screening method in previous Lagos State teacher recruitment exercises. LASUBEB has previously conducted CBTs with shortlisted candidates receiving login details via SMS ahead of the examination. The CBT typically assesses subject knowledge, English Language proficiency, and general aptitude. Prepare thoroughly with past papers and current curriculum content for your subject area.

Interview and Final Selection

Candidates who pass the CBT proceed to interviews and further verification. Successful candidates receive appointment letters and are deployed across local government areas in Lagos State.
