Teaching Positions

Educational Qualifications for Teaching Positions

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed): Preferred qualification for secondary school teaching positions.
B.A (Education): Bachelor of Arts with Education major in relevant teaching subjects.
B.Sc (Education): Bachelor of Science with Education qualification.
National Certificate in Education (NCE): Minimum qualification for primary and junior secondary teaching. Must be in Sciences and Languages or relevant subjects.
Higher National Diploma (HND): With relevant teaching certification or subject area.
Ordinary National Diploma (OND): For certain positions with additional qualifications.
Optional but Recommended: TRCN/NTRC (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certificate is optional but highly advantageous.
Educational Qualifications for Non-Teaching Positions

O’Level Results: Must have WAEC, NECO, or GCE certificate with credits in not less than five (5) subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
NYSC Certificate: B.Sc and HND holders must possess a NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.

Certificate of State of Origin: Duly signed certificate of state of origin.
Birth Certificate: Valid birth certificate from National

Selection and Screening Process

Stage 5: Physical Verification

Final selection is made based on aggregate performance. Successful candidates receive employment letters and deployment to schools.
